From Lake Garda, the flavours I love to share.

My story begins in Lazise, on Lake Garda. In 2004, I opened Le Rubinare in Torri del Benaco, hoping to create a place where people could discover delicious food and enjoy choosing it together.

Ever since, I have selected cheeses, cured meats, fine hams, extra virgin olive oils, balsamic condiments, wines and Italian specialities. I look for flavours that win me over at the first taste and that I can share with enthusiasm.

I like to think that a visit to our shop can become a little memory of Lake Garda: freshly prepared focaccia, a platter to share, a glass of wine and time for a friendly chat.

And when your holiday ends, those flavours can follow you home. Through Mischishop, we deliver our specialities to Italy, Germany, Austria and other European Union countries, with the same care we offer at our counter.

For me, hospitality begins with listening, a taste of something good and an honest recommendation.
