Identity: The Valpolicella Classico Pozzetto is the wine that a father explains to a son, a wine to tell those who are dear to you. A wine of founding identity. From the homonymous historic vineyard at 160 metres above sea level, vinified with simplicity, sufficient in itself without any need for the complexity of withering or refining in wood, the most coherent wine, straightforward with modulated fruity energy, engaging in its joyful freshness. Authentic as the land that generates the grapes, it represents the genuine tradition of the Fumane Valley, Ugolini's vocation.
Sensory profile: purple red in colour, it has a pleasant acidity, synonymous with freshness. It gives hints of cherry, marasca, rose and black pepper.
