The Amaro Bonaventura Erbe e Spezie is a refined Venetian artisan liqueur, produced by the historic Bonaventura Maschio Distillery of Gaiarine, in the province of Treviso.
It is born from the raw grape spirit Black grapes, aged in wood, to which is added a rich selection of botaniques processed through infusions and distillations.
Its complex aromatic composition includes cinnamon, vanilla, tonka bean, gentian, china, sclare sage, bitter orange, fennel and carvi, which give the liquor an intense and enveloping character.
With a characteristic brown color with brick-red reflections, it has a spicy bouquet with notes of cinnamon and vanilla, enriched by elegant balsamic nuances.
On the palate it is structured, pleasantly bitter and persistent, with references of dried fruit and chestnut honey. A refined balance between the sweetness of spices and the intensity of the bitter herbs.
Ideal to enjoy smooth, slightly fresh or with ice, as an end-of-meal liquor.
