MAeCO’ Gin Sibona – Where the Sea Meets the Hills

Two regions, two souls, one exceptional gin. MAeCO’ is born from the harmonious encounter between the Mediterranean aromas of Liguria and the fragrant botanicals of the Piedmont hills. Its name reflects this unique combination: MAre (Sea) and COllina (Hill).

Crafted by the historic Sibona Distillery, this Italian Premium Dry Gin offers an elegant, fresh and intensely aromatic character, thanks to a carefully selected blend of local botanicals.

From Piedmont come juniper, lavender from Sale San Giovanni, sage, rosemary, Damask rose and Nebbiolo vine leaves. From Liguria come lemon, thyme, Pernambucco orange and PDO Genoese basil, adding a distinctive Mediterranean touch.

The botanicals undergo slow maceration and are distilled separately to preserve their individual aromatic qualities. Another distinctive feature is the use of Eva natural spring water, sourced from an Alpine spring at an altitude of 2,042 metres.

Tasting Notes

Crystal clear in appearance, MAeCO’ reveals elegant aromas of lavender, fresh citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is rich, harmonious and smooth, offering a refined balance between citrus freshness and delicate floral notes. The finish is long, refreshing and pleasantly aromatic.

Serving Suggestions

Perfect for a sophisticated Gin & Tonic with premium tonic water and a simple lemon peel. Also excellent in a Negroni or served over ice to appreciate the complexity of its botanicals.
