Our story began on the shores of Lake Garda, in Lazise, where the Mischi family developed a deep knowledge of Italian food, regional specialties, and culinary traditions through decades of experience.

Andrea Mischi carried this family heritage forward, founding Le Rubinare in 2004 in Torri del Benaco.

Since then, our philosophy has remained true to one principle: quality should not simply be described, but experienced, tasted, and appreciated.
